♥ All treats taste better during Christmas. For some reason peanut butter balls, fudge, even Jello Jigglers taste better when they are all prettied up on a plate and sitting there among other pretty treats.
♥ I said goodbye to all willpower around December 18.
♥ Exercising when you are sick is pretty much a waste of time. I got hit with a awful sinus/head cold right before Christmas Vacation started and it lasted for almost two weeks. It wasn't bad enough to keep me in bed but just enough to kill any ambition that I had to move more than necessary.

♥ Between Christmas and New Years I said yes to one more fudge piece and extra helping of potatoes more than once. I just couldn't help it!
♥ I did mange to drink my 5 glasses of water each day. Somedays I even made it 5+ glasses.
♥ I quit using Spark People. It was too hard to see on my iPod and there isn't a free app (that I could find) for the iPad. I'm still in search of a good app to use. Any suggestions?
♥ I want to up my exercise to 4 days a week. I only gained just over a pound for all the snacking I did but I miss the feeling of a good work out.
♥ To keep up on my more water/less pop drinking. It's getting easier to choose water and enjoy it but I still have that craving for pop. I know by now it's mostly in my head but darn it Coke tastes so good.
♥ I want to find a good app to track what I eat/drink during the day. I have an Android phone and an iPad and trying to find something that they both sync to and I LIKE is harder than I thought. Any ideas?
