{AUTUMN SKIES }

The Autumn skies are full of color in November.  And they can change on a dime here.

The morning began with the sunlight peeking through the back woods.  Isn’t that one of the coolest shaped trees ever?  I so wanted to put a small swing in there but the husband said it wasn’t strong enough to support anything.  I’m holding out hope for flower baskets or something like that.

By noon came the rain.  Not for very long but what we call a soaker.  At least it wasn’t snow.

And the sunset.  The colors filtered into the living room windows and gave everything that soft glow.  If it wasn’t below freezing outside I would have stayed to watch it set but it turns out that I don’t like the cold as much as I thought I did.
